FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long is a session & how much does it cost?

A session is 50 mins in length. This gives us 5-10 minutes for wrap up and payment. The price of a session is $145 for an individual and $180 for couples/family (taxes included). 

E-Transfer is preferred. Debit & Credit are also accepted if necessary.

Are you covered by insurance?

Most likely! All insurance plans are different and you will have to see if Licensed Counselling Therapists or Clinical Counsellors are covered under your specific plan. If you notice it is not covered, you can let me know and we can try to get it figured out.

Where are you located & where do I park?

My office is located at 212 Queen Street, Suite 208C. When you enter the building, you will take the elevator on your right or the stairs on your left to the second floor. There are signs directing you to my office. Once there, please have a seat in the waiting room. There is no designated parking. You can park out front of the building on Queen Street or in any of the paid parking downtown. Meters take cash or hotspot app. Sessions after 5pm, clients can park out back of the building.

Do you direct bill to insurance companies?

No. I do not direct bill BUT you will be provided with a receipt, after your session that you can send to your insurance provider.
